I'm a Cloud Operations engineer at Bespin Global MEA, an e& enterprise company, where I design resilient AWS architectures, automate infrastructure, and keep production environments healthy around the clock.
My background runs the full stack of operations — from racking ISP routers and running Linux mail/DNS servers in Damascus, to building CI/CD pipelines and AI-driven automation today. That path means I understand systems from the metal up, and I reach for automation wherever a human shouldn't have to.
Lately I've been building agentic tooling with LLMs — bots and pipelines that translate intent into real cloud operations, safely.
